StatsMadley has been busy this season with eight appointments so far across all three divisions and the League Cup. He’s shown 23 yellows and a red in those matches (2.875 yellows a game) with five bookings in the Burton v Fulham cup tie — that went all the way through extra time to penalties — his biggest haul in a single game so far. The red card went to Tranmere’s Danny Holmes during a 2-1 defeat at Crewe. Last season he showed 106 yellows and three reds in 38 games (2.789 bookings a game). That included seven yellows in Yeovil’s 0-0 draw at home to Notts County in League One, his biggest haul of cards in a single game that season. He showed 72 yellows and four reds in 28 appointments in 2011/12, which was his first season on the league list.
